Admin Logistics

Job Descriptions:

· Coordinate and communicate between the sales representatives and the logistics department for delivery arrangements

· Assist with email Delivery Order (DO) and maintain proper DO records for customers

· Coordinate courier services to dispatch invoices and documents to customers outside the Klang Valley area

· Prepare a proforma invoice for payment purposes

· Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by a superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must pass SPM. Credit in Mathematics will be an added advantage

· Have good communication skills to interact with subordinates and customers

· Have at least 1 year of working experience, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Proficient in computer use and basic Microsoft Office

· Possess own transport to work at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya
