Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager focused on operational excellence and committed to elevating both the guest and employee experience. This hands‑on, hospitality‑driven leader plays a key role in daily operations, leading on the floor with warmth, professionalism, real‑time coaching, and active feedback. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

Uphold brand and service standards while driving sales growth and cost control

Ensure exceptional guest experiences; resolve issues and convert challenges into loyalty

Lead and develop front‑of‑house teams through coaching, feedback, and performance management

Oversee shift execution, scheduling, floor plans, and daily operational decisions

Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and a polished restaurant environment

Support the General Manager with financial reporting, invoices, payroll, and administrative responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of senior management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment

Extensive fine dining and front‑of‑house experience (Forbes training a plus)

Strong understanding of financial performance and cost control

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic

Graduate of an accredited hospitality or culinary program is a plus
