Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description
•Support sales by liaising with banks, tracking loan applications, and monitoring SPA progress•Coordinate with agencies, vendors, land owners and internal teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and goal.
•Monitor and prepare for application/renewal of DL, AP and respective authorities.
•Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing strategies and maintain market competitiveness.
•Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans for project launches and ongoing promotional activities.
•Develop and implement social media and digital campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.
•Support in the management of marketing budgets for assigned projects and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
•Assist in implementing departmental policies, objectives, and marketing activities to support overall business goals.
•Oversee and manage the entire end-to-end sales administration process, from initial booking to the finalization of sales agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of documentation
•Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Required Qualification
•Possess a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Marketing/ Management / Business Studies or a related discipline.•At least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing within the property development industry.
•Knowledge of the property development process.
•Pleasant personality with strong multitasking abilities, a proactive learning attitude and a collaborative mindset.
•Position to be based at Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan
•Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the IFCA system is an advantage
•Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software is an added advantage.
