Job Title - Advisor – Customer Service (Collections – Travel Project)

Location - Cyberjaya

Role Overview

You will handle voice calls and emails from partners or customers related to payment collections, invoices, and account issues for a travel platform.

Working Hours:

  • 5 days work, 2 days off
  • Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM
  • At least 6 months BPO Customer Service experience
  • B2 level English
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
