You will handle voice calls and emails from partners or customers related to payment collections, invoices, and account issues for a travel platform.Key Details

Working Hours:
- 5 days work, 2 days off
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM
- Minimum SPM
- At least 6 months BPO Customer Service experience
- B2 level English
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
