Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
  • Provide support related to healthcare services
  • Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
