Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with MEIKO’s business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and email marketing.
  • Manage and create engaging content across all digital platforms to drive brand engagement and generate quality leads.
  • Run and optimize eCommerce marketing campaigns, with hands-on experience in Shopee CPAS to drive online sales and traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on digital trends and best practices, particularly in the health, wellness, and training sectors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, program development, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio in strategy development and digital advertising.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, particularly running Shopee CPAS campaigns and Tik-tok live.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Creative, organized, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
