Job Title: HR Assistant cum Receptionist

Location: Jalan Kapar, Klang

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily office reception and administrative functions
  • Manage front desk operations (answer calls, receive visitors, handle enquiries professionally)
  • Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and onboarding activities
  • Maintain and update HR documentations
  • Assist in attendance tracking, filing and data entry
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments
Requirements:
  • STPM or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Presentable, pleasant personality, and customer-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience as a receptionist/admin is an added advantage
