Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily office reception and administrative functions
- Manage front desk operations (answer calls, receive visitors, handle enquiries professionally)
- Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and onboarding activities
- Maintain and update HR documentations
- Assist in attendance tracking, filing and data entry
- Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments
- STPM or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Presentable, pleasant personality, and customer-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience as a receptionist/admin is an added advantage
