Inventory Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system (e.g., SAP / SQL)
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
  • Track incoming and outgoing stock movements
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory transactions
  • Assist in audit and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
  • Familiar with inventory systems (SAP, SQL, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
