Lead UIUX/Graphic Design
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior/Lead Digital Designer responsible for driving digital product design and overseeing visual content creation. This leadership role requires expert-level foundational skills in user experience design, coupled with advanced proficiency in graphic and marketing design execution. The successful candidate will lead design initiatives and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces and high-quality visual assets.Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead the development of user-centric interfaces for mobile and web applications, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- UX Strategy: Champion and enhance the overall user experience through the application of advanced UX principles, feedback, and usability testing
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate strategically with developers to ensure precise design implementation and technical feasibility
- Visual & Marketing Execution: Oversee and design high-impact marketing collateral including social media assets, banners, advertisements, and product materials
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure visual consistency, manage design systems, and enforce adherence to brand identity standards across all digital and marketing touchpoints
- Experience: 5–8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and visual design.
- Design Fundamentals: A masterful understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and spatial design.
- Technical Understanding: Deep comprehension of user experience and usability principles, along with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS or developer limitations.
- Must have web3 defi experience/background.
