Plan and coordinate inbound (transfer from other sortation facilities and outbound of parcels, arrival & departure time of linehaul vehicles, utilizing truck capacity, route planning for drivers to meet improve ADT (Average Delivery Time) KPI
Manage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOP
Execute linehaul plans according to the set schedules and maximize capacity to ensure all deliveries are fast and on time according to the set service-level agreement (SLA)
Manage all vendors drivers and in source drivers according to set key performance indicators (KPI)
Develops ad-hoc plans to support peak volume like pay day or campaign day
Involved in investigation of linehaul delays, or accidents as well as develops contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an enroute breakdown or accident
Manage and lead bay coordinator to monitor truck loading efficiency and compliance
Coordinate with sortation facilities to ensure sufficient manpower for linehaul loading according to linehaul schedule
Understand the sorting process and pattern for better linehaul schedule planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred
3-5 years of working experience in linehaul field or logistic transportation
Experience in transport, supply chain and logistics management
Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learning, adaptive and flexible
Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
Like challenging goals and dynamic yet fun working environment
Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 working days)
