Assisting customers with property outside contents insurance inquiries and claims.
Providing exceptional and friendly customer service to all clients.
Learning and mastering the company's policies and procedures.
Conducting thorough investigations and evaluations of claims.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of all customer interactions and claim processes.
Identifying potential areas for improvement and offering suggestions for process enhancements.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhering to company guidelines and standards for quality and professionalism.
Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
