THE OPPORTUNITY

Marvellous Frontier Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a high-caliber Retail Manager to lead our retail brand, Fujiyama. This role is designed to bridge the gap between Fashion Design and Commercial Growth. Your mission is to elevate the brand’s aesthetic while driving measurable sales increases and maintaining airtight stock precision across our retail outlets.

You should be a mentor who empowers our Sales Associates to deliver a "Customer-First" experience while maintaining a sharp eye for fashion, design, and current trends.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Growth Mastery
  • Develop and implement strategies to aggressively increase store revenue.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure conversion rates and transaction values meet expansion targets.
  • Identify market trends to keep the Fujiyama brand ahead of the fashion curve.
2. Inventory & Stock Integrity
  • Oversee complete stock management to ensure 100% accuracy and zero shrinkage.
  • Coordinate replenishment from the Marvellous Frontier distribution hub to ensure high-demand items are always available.
  • Manage the flow of curated imports with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Visual Merchandising & Design
  • Curate sophisticated store layouts that reflect a high-end fashion identity.
  • Ensure the retail environment is pristine and follows elite organizational standards.
  • Translate the brand vision into a physical shopping experience that inspires customers.
4. Team Leadership
  • Lead the frontline team by example, fostering a culture of professional excellence.
  • Provide expert-level training in product knowledge and styling.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven management experience in Fashion, Design, or Curated Retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a disciplined approach to operations.
  • Based in or willing to travel within the Northern Frontier (Penang/Kedah).
