You are a "Lifestyle Curator." You understand that a great outfit and a great record go hand-in-hand. You possess a sharp eye for apparel design and a deep appreciation for music (especially vinyl and vintage culture). Your goal is to use your expertise to drive sales and create a high-vibrancy environment for our community.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fashion & Music Expertise- Apparel Styling: Provide expert advice on clothing fit, fabric, and styling to help customers build their wardrobe.
- Music Curation: Manage and promote our music collection, including vinyl records; share knowledge of genres and artists with enthusiasts.
- Atmosphere: Ensure the store’s "vibe" is maintained through curated playlists and visually stunning displays of both fashion and media.
- Mandarin Proficiency: Effectively engage and close sales with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Sales Targets: Use your product knowledge to hit and exceed daily sales targets through authentic, expert-level service.
- Curated Inventory: Manage incoming stock of specialized apparel and music imports from our distribution hub.
- Precision: Maintain 100% stock accuracy through regular audits and disciplined inventory management.
- Execute store layouts that harmoniously blend fashion collections with music displays.
- Maintain elite organizational standards to ensure the store is always "camera-ready."
- Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken) to assist our client base.
- Passion: A genuine, deep knowledge of fashion trends and music culture (vinyl knowledge is a significant plus).
- Experience: Proven background in retail sales, specifically in high-end lifestyle or boutique environments.
