Sales Engineers (Based in Penang)

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building your own pipeline of clients.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored sensor solutions that make an impact.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless post-sales support and quick resolution of issues.
• Contribute ideas to sales strategies and marketing initiatives that help grow our brand.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in sensors, automation, or related technology.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
