Job Overview :

We are looking for skilled and motivated Technicians to join our production team. This role is open to candidates with experience in CNC Turning, Milling, Lathe, or External Grinding. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines to ensure high precision in tool and die manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up, program, and operate machines to produce components according to technical drawings

· Interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications

· Ensure assigned machining cycle times are achieved

· Perform self-inspections to ensure all workpieces meet dimensional and cosmetic requirements

· Carry out basic machine maintenance to improve machine efficiency and uptime

· Plan and organize tasks effectively to complete assignments on schedule

Specialization Areas

Required Skills & Experience

· At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in machining or precision engineering

· Hands-on experience in at least one of the listed specialization areas

· Ability to work on a shift basis

· Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM, Tool & Die, or equivalent

· Familiarity with software such as Mastercam, NX, or SolidWorks is an advantage (for CNC roles)

· Candidates without formal qualifications but with strong hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
