Trainer (Artificial Intelligence)

About the role

Pepper Labs' is seeking a talented and experienced Trainer (Artificial Intelligence) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training programs to our clients, helping them develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and delivering customised training sessions on a variety of artificial intelligence topics, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
  2. Continuously updating course materials to ensure they reflect the latest industry trends and best practices
  3. Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help trainees excel in their AI-related projects and initiatives
  4. Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the training program
  5. Maintaining detailed records of training activities and preparing reports for management
What we're looking for
  1. Extensive experience (3+ years) as a trainer or instructor in the field of artificial intelligence or a related technical discipline
  2. Strong knowledge of AI concepts, technologies, and their practical applications
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and engaging manner
  4. Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  5. Familiarity with popular AI frameworks, tools, and software, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  6. Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI industry
