Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Account Manager (Ad Ops) to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for a global advertising platform. This role focuses on driving performance outcomes through data analysis, campaign optimization, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on a daily/weekly basis
  • Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to improve performance
  • Analyze campaign data and provide performance insights and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Sales, Product, and Support)
  • Handle client communication and resolve campaign-related issues
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Ensure campaigns meet client KPIs and business objectives
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising / e-commerce / performance marketing / sales
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Experience managing global clients or large-scale accounts
  • Hands-on experience in campaign optimization and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a KPI-driven and fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in performance marketing platforms or Ad Ops environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
